A little detour in the challenge today from my little 6 x 6 square interiors. 
That's ok...wasn't it the english poet, William Cowper who wrote "Variety is the spice of life, That gives it all its flavor."  Well, technically it could be classified as an interior - 
Wednesday morning we had Open Studio from 9 - 12pm - Ann and I painted together for most of the morning. I had stopped at the market in the morning to pick up fresh flowers and some fruits. Well by the time the afternoon rolled around and I was on my third attempt I ate the two oranges that were suppose to be in the still life painting.
It's so nice to be inside looking out on this cold January day -
