This summer my husband Dean and I went to New York City for the day. We had a crazy start trying to catch the train at the Stratford Train Station... no parking.. couldn't buy tickets... so we chased the train down to Fairfield Station where we sat in the car eating lunch and waiting for the next train to stop.
Finally making it to the City by 12:15pm with only a few minutes to spare... the taxi driver took a wrong turn... got stuck in traffic... and got us to the door of the Lincoln Center 15 minutes late. Ugh... but somehow they let us, allow us to sneak in the back entrance .... just in time to here Dr. David Jeremiah preach! It was amazing, he was being filmed for an upcoming bible study series on the end times. Really awesome message.. so happy we didn't miss it.. On our way back we had more time to walk around and take in the NYC scene. I love this view. It's very close to Lincoln Center where they's a tall statue and water fountain. Lots of folks just hanging out talking, sitting in the sun and of course plenty of shopping at the mall nearby.
