I just love serving breakfast in bed to my kids. This is the plate of pancakes I made for my daughter Veronica when she was home from school. Ever since they were little, on occasion, I would bringing them breakfast in bed. It was a special treat and I loved the surprised look on their faces when they open their eyes and see what's coming their way. Awww those precious memories
